MILLING
New KPCU is a licenced coffee miller with
a network of 5 branches
located in Dandora, Meru, Tala, Bungoma and Sagana with a combined milling capacity of 18.5tons/hr. Additionaly
the company has satelite offices in Kisii, Nakuru and Kitale.
To enhance transparency, traceability and accountability, coffee farmers are invited to witness the milling of
their coffee .
- Milling charges at the rate of 40 USD$/Ton
- Colour sorting charges at the rate of 2.5 US$/Ton
- Handling charges at the rate 1.75 US$/60kg bag cc
- Regrading for estate cured coffee 35 US$ per clean Ton
- Export Bags 3.0 US$ plus VAT
- Warehousing @0.03 USD/Bag per day
The Company has invested in modern coffee quality analysis laboratories to ensure all the milled coffee
is appropriately graded in accordance with the international coffee standards and specifications.
